The Agile Triangle is a new paradigm for communicating the three primary Practice Areas of Agile Software Development

The Agile Triangle helps organizations understand the Practice Areas of Agile, so they can define their competency levels in each area. This enables organizational transparency and the ability to educate teams towards deeper competency.

Agile Triangle offers agile software development assessment as three primary consulting services:

Agile Triangle Overview Session

There are three flavors of the Agile Triangle overview session: Executives, Managers, and Development Teams. 

Executive and Management overviews can be combined into one session, but Development Team overview cannot be combined with Executive or Manager.

Agile Competency Assessments

Agile competency assessments are available for each or all of the Agile Triangle Practice Areas. The assessment determines the team or organization's current competencies and the assessment participants work together to develop a roadmap for competency growth.

Communities of Practice Consulting

Communities of Practice can be built for each of the Practice Areas of the Agile Triangle. The communities evaluate their competencies and develop a competency roadmap for the area. This allows the organization to grow and track agile competencies.
